Feasibility Stage
- Prepared detailed working scope of the Project
- Prepare detailed report detailing the Working process of Individual Projects
- Provide Scope Statement to L3 Level and provide a master Work Break Down Structure of the Project
- Prepare Project Schedule consisting of Activity level, Sequencing and identify Resource required at each level of WBS.
- Provide detailed Costing of the Project at WBS Level with back up quotes from Contractors and Subcontractors for major items of the Project
- Provide Weight age Charts of the Project.
- Identify Key Suppliers, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Highlight Key Risk and Opportunity Areas
Each feasibility design shall get approved from the client through presentations, physical models, computer walk-through etc. Comments and suggestions of the client and his representatives shall be incorporated and presentation made after incorporation till the concept design for the project is accepted and frozen
