- Prepare the Detailed Breakdown of the Project and provide estimates at WBS levels.
- Evaluate and implement an in-house ERP to ensure Project cost is monitored and controlled at all stages of the Project.
- Prepare periodic project review and earned value report and cost to completion of the Project.
- Highlight cost escalation and Cost reduction for the project to the stakeholder and evolve strategy to mitigate project risk arising out of cost escalation
